Hi Jen,
I have been recently reading articles in magazines about healthy good grains. For example, flax seed, wheat germ, etc… I eat yogurt regularly and I was going to add some grains to my yogurt daily. Maybe you could help narrow it down for me or give me your suggestion. I am home with my 2 boys, trying to lose weight, and usually eat healthy. Thanks so much for your help! Hope all is well with you look great!!! Great web site too 🙂

:))))
I like some of the recipes I’ve found on your site. I’ve gone from 246 lbs down to 190 lbs by becoming aware that I’m insulin resistant and by using a glucose meter to provide feedback while radically reducing my carb intake and increasing exercise. Its amazing how easy it is to lose weight once you have this awareness! I created http://www.freeobesitysolutions.com to log my progress and to share ideas and information with others. Thanks for all the good ideas and information on your blog!
Hi John!
Looks like your site is under construction. Congratulations on your weight loss success! The shock of finding out you’re insulin resistant (IR) can be very overwhelming, however, you’re also able to reverse it before it becomes Type I diabetes and insulin dependent! It brings me great pleasure that you may find recipes for your taste buds and HEALTH on my site.
Feel free to dish out info and any questions of topics you’d love me to cover.
Thanks for visiting!
Jen
